    Something that just occurred to me was that I don't think RCE are presenting at the HIV2020 conference, therefore they can and did release this info, whereas BIT are at the conference and if they have something to release about Covid19 or the CSIRO they would be bound by the conference embargo, so they can't say a word until they start presenting, if you get my drift.
