Had lunch with a Vietnamese friend who is in close contact with family back home. Apparently COVID is very bad right now. I don't have any more details as to whether it is bad across the entire country or just in the cities. They had been doing well like a lot of East Asian countries but not anymore. Caveat is that you would expect an announcement if it is affecting drilling.
