No, superjude, I don't think rojames is saying that management "wanted it to fail".

I think (excuse me if I'm wrong) he is saying what I said on another post earlier today. The announcement from QPN was a simple cut and paste job.....they delivered the exact same news that CAZA delivered - the big difference is CAZA have interests elsewhere and this isn't their "primary play".

With QPN this WAS the primary play that we, the shareholders were waiting on news about - hence the trading halt. To do a cut and paste job is highly questionable....if it were me, I would have included SOMETHING positive or reassuring in the announcement to at LEAST give us, the shareholders, something to consider other than reading the announcement and seeing it's a duster. ANY kind of optimism in their announcement would have been better than the old cut and paste.

It's like management at QPN are basically saying "Oh well, f*ck it, we tried and failed, let's all go to the pub".

IMO as per usual.
