As you can see Kincella will have you believe she is "ready to strike", but at the same time moving a bank deposit to a new bank to squeeze out what will be an after tax gain of about .05% Not really the actions of someone about to use that money to buy a house - why would you bother with the trouble of doing that?

one could have been forgiven for thinking I was talking to a car salesman, rather than a banker....he seemed rather overly ....begging for my business so there is 2 % to be had....and extra 1% on deposits, and a saving of 1% on loans... the money on deposit is simply a temp measure....until I am ready to strike again......it is also a great insurance, negotiating tool...when dealing with the banks"
