It is common knowledge that if you are trying to sell something for a high price and you attract no buyers (or buyers who say they are going to pay but don't) you should make the terms easier for the buyers to get a deal to occur.
Management have had several years of just not getting the basic gist of selling in the market.

What's so smart about that when you have little or no cash to take the company forward?
This company has been very disappointing and sad.
I hold some stock,I'm not sure why anymore...oh I remember now, I don't like selling at a loss!
