uber - I had the same initial concern as you but the half yearly for December 2010 period was also submitted on March 14, 2011.
That in turn lead to another concern - if we don't know where we stand by mid march how can anybody make any sense of LG's offer which also closes by March 16?
Personally, I don't think SBL is high profile enough for ASX to take any interest.
