Uber, Thanks for the reporting period info. I make it March 15th as reporting due date. maybe someone forgot it is leap year. Jan 31, Feb 29 makes 60 plus 15 in March for 75 days. That is the day before the bell rings - correct?
Is it significant?? How will it relate to now, or show up any shenannigans? If its not on time, it may be cause for serious complaint and action?
The March qtly won't be due till well after the bell.
