Would spend most of it for R&D so Australia has stuff to export.
Buy into foreign high tech companies so Australia gets access to new developments and a clue what's going on in the real world.
And: Round up the unemployed across the nation to plant millions of trees.
And: Setup a 2 year compulsory national service for all sorts of productive activities, building bridges, highways, green jobs etc., not only a military service. It also gives the youngsters a national identity.
And: tax the robots to such an extent that they are more expensive for companies than humans. Easy peasy.
