Don't forget the lifting of the direct investment consideration for China to just over $1bn, same as the US and NZ. Also freer movement of Chinese nationals and we got a set of declining tariffs on our exports to China over a period of time to allow them to get their domestic production up to speed in the interim.
Also at a guess the large tract of land for veges and export is actually a 50 year lease is it not? Ord Valley stage 2 or 3?
