I still have a problem with the issue of shares under the incentive plan to the Chairman & MD at 45c to be approved at to upcoming AGM. I don't see 45c as any sort of reasonable performance hurdle and as I said in a previous post - the board should cut the pretence and issue shares to its members for free. I will be voting against it
