Guys
We are getting snowed by OBJ's management:
either there are signed license agreements or there are not.
the license agreements for the first work plans should not be dependent on further "customer trials"
either P&G has signed license agreements and royalties are to be paid or they have not.
If OBJ management lets P&G not commit in the hope of further products being accepted they are being snowed.
P&G is simply avoiding committing and stopping OBJ from doing deals elsewhere OBJ has the worst of both worlds P&G the best.
If the product is good then putting the pressure on P&G will not involve them walking away - if isn't well lets find out now. You have to know what your walk away point is and I don't think OBJ's management does.
So time to bite the bullet get them to commit to the products already tested and Body guard or go elsewhere
I suggest we all ask OBJ's management the following
- what license agreements have been signed by whom for what products?
- what license agreements are going to be signed in the next 3 months (not imminently)?
- what are the expected revenues from royalties from these license agreements?
- Is there any agreement about commercialising bodyguard who is with and what is the anticipated rollout and revenues over time?
