Great effort without knowledge is futile. He knows so little of mining, commodity and FOREX and especially the VA process (let alone the Corporations Act) that, while his posts obviously take a lot of work, they are pretty much meaningless IMO, consisting of a mish-mash of conspiracy theories with no substance.
This is just a standard VA. My crystal ball told you at the beginning that the best outcome would be the sale of the mine as a going concern for the benefit of the NHs/creditors, but that is not to be, unfortunately for the staff.
