Haha- look at the names and where they are headquartered. What's the bet that BNYM was buying through BCEE - and that was the 'good' Wolf in sheep's clothing...

Only reason I can think for them to do that, would be to block/limit Wellington. but Wellington already has 12% of the company don't they??

Why would you keep knowingly buying into a company that is on the path to VA (that you caused) only to actively dilute further....the dilution causes them to own more than 90 % .... Which allows forceful takeover/privatisation?
