Ramping is talking up a stock (usually with false or misleading information) for the purpose of selling into the new buyers of the stock. I find it very hard to believe that is what has been happening with this particular group of SLT supporters.
Everyone should buy stock at their own peril, on their own judgement, not others. Blame can only lie with the investor as they are the only ones who perform the transaction.
