The piece I don't get is why did FAR do a deal with Trace and spend a 1m bucks to them find Trace don't have title. Doesn't this question their dude diligence/governance compliance?
I find it terribly odd that our PR went onto say that FAR will still have option if Trace lose DJ.
Shouldn't the question be how the hell did we get in this position in the first instance? Did the FAR due diligence reveal that Trace ownership is susoect? This likely answers the question why there were no other competitors for the best 1m bucks ever spent. Other explorers seen it somewhat different in that the likelihood is you're farming into zilch. All imho.
