Far had to provide 1 mil of 3 D to gain their % in DJ,and become a part of the JV,
The reason Far was to only pay for the 1 mil 3 D was to help Trace and co meet there program commitments to satisfy the terms of the PSC with the Government.
Now,Far will not provide that 3D data to Trace & co,for what reason?
Far have clearly left Their Future DJ JV partners out to dry.
And have the nerve to complain about WPL.??
