    Ultra, or it could be the DJIA had a very strong +218 day breaking out of the 3 week long battle (consolidation) at a very important 13000 resistance/support. That indicates the market has decided it wants to go higher.

    Which means Stocks like CCC that have been showing an uptrend in recent weeks will be of higher interest to traders looking to catch the move.

    ie, a big jump in buyers.
