Before I lock this thread, can I please add, and ask you to take note that there is a lot more to the defamation act than just 'the truth' scenario.
Certainly, you can tell the truth in a factual and non emotional way, and we've been here so often now, but it needs to be repeated over and over for newer readers, or obtuse older ones!
If you suggest that a board is not working in shareholders' best interests, you need to be damned sure you're saying it in a way that does not suggest they have breached the Corporations Act.
There is a LOT more to it - its a very complex beast, which is why the HotCopper annual legal bill is higher than the GDP of a struggling country.
We don't appreciate it rising any higher, so ask that you keep emotion out of your posts.
Negative FACTS are OK, but lace them with descriptive but unnecessary adjectives, and you risk moderation, and even suspension if you've been warned.
I'll now lock the thread, and ask that you start a fresh one discussing the stock, and not straying off topic please.
