I see where you are coming from.

There are lots of things that don't make sense about that post...
Posting such negative information is counterproductive (likely to further damage the share price).
As you say, why wouldn't they have liquidated their shareholding FIRST and then posted.

It's not rational behavior which means they are likely motivated by something more important to them than financial interest.
