But we also have to expect the possibility XTA may play games to bring MIM down by saying talks have ceased.... then later say angloamerican bids and XTA counter bids/ or visa versa... I dont know what ASX rules apply to aquirers when making "prebid" duediligence announcements to the market and what they can/can't do afterwards... any thoughts/knowledge??
