Good Morning all. Further to my last post decided to e-mail company and see what reply I get back. Surprisingly got a quick response back from Marco Marcou. It was general reply re company working towards prospectus and re listing(Not my words but those of e-mail) and that company would update market as soon as able too. I then rang as per his e-mail request and had conversation with him re current situation with company. He explained that the FMJ staff in Hong Kong Office actively focused on preparation of prospectus. Not just one report but several reports required. He indicated that he was the only staff member in the Melbourne Office!!! and that majority of the work being done out of Hong Kong. He also had no problems with shareholders ringing him as he understands the frustration that is out there. Also Prospectus drafted however needs the reports for completion before being submitted to ASX. It's virtually like forming a brand new company and then putting it before ASX. Reports required also incorporate those for their projects here in oz. He indicated that there has been ongoing activity in Kazakhstan
by team on the ground (I assume further drilling/investigation of site) Marco indicated company very focused on getting prospectus completed and submitted to ASX. I asked what timelines are envisaged for this to occur. No exact timeline at this point however I would say based on conversation and reports still not on hand, that us shareholders will still have to wait 1-2 months. (I know!!!! not what we were hoping for, but who knows, it could be shorter or longer.)

I can only go by the conversation. It's my opinion based on it that the company is still focused on getting the company out of suspension and continues with activities in Kazakhstan. (Just remember that it is only a phone conversation with no hard and fast commitments from the company) It maybe that they also have their backs against the wall making sure that everything is in place so the prospectus and company "resisting" in its new form is acceptable to ASX

Sorry about all the generalizations but I'd say we will have to wait a fair bit longer yet.
