    I am a bit perturbed by the constant supply of sellers, especially at this cheaper end of things .

    Can anyone who has sold or is contemplating it let us know what their rationale is please ?
    I do not intend it to become a debate but would be very interested if the reasoning is technical, fundamental, managerial, margin call, market nerves, etc ?
