    No haven't spoken to either of them I will leave the negotiations up Charles & Co. As far as I am aware all is on track between the two the inter creditor agreement just needs to be signed as mentioned yesterday.

    For what it is worth I am comfortable with the position the Company is in hopefully this loan will settle sooner rather than later.
