    Sorry im a bit confused.

    Are you saying the 10m factoring facility wasnt signed between Benefactor and Brainytoys?
    From ASX announcements it indicates that it was.
    It was the 5m purchase order facility that was never signed.

    I also am not sure what this 1.4m-2m loan is that you are referring to.

    Can you please elaborate?
