Well once the inter-creditor agreement has been finalised BRT has the cash and will pay MFC out and possibly payout the con. notes - surely they would consider that news worthy.

Even on positive news, I can't see the BRT share price budging much this year any more. With a relatively large and experience team and them knowing for 1 year that this payment was due, to leave it to a couple of weeks before they are bankrupt is pathetic. Keep in mind they were very close to insolvent at the end of June as well - it was people like myself that kept them afloat then.

I obviously hope that they get through this drama, learn from it and understand that cash in the kitty is very important and then start planning for next year very early and keep the shareholders informed and start being enthusiastic about telling their story to everyone including the media and brokers.

I look forward to a much better year next year, without acquisitions and highly dilutive placements at 5c or lower. Their current acquisitions if functioning optimally, can easily get the revenue upto $40mill + per year. The issues over the next couple of years is having funding in place in the July to be able to fund manufacturing. Another acquisition making them $1mill and costing them $5mill to buy is not going to make a huge amount of difference in the whole scheme of things, esp. if the acquisition is only targeting Australia or a small part of Aust and is going to only end up in giving BRT more debt to stress about or is going to dilute the company 25%+.

Let's getting MFC, Entertec, Toyways and Reveal humming along in the biggest markets in the world first.
