pretty much the stock has been heavily accumulated by a select view.
management and associates (who would be kept duly informed) probably have around 70 - 80%.
tz believers are true believers hence will not sell. one flag ship announcement that shows tz has the goods and can make nasdaq one day will see the share price probably back up at $5 - this is why our friend AS is happy to accumulate.
thing TZ could suprise on the upside next year - they set pretty low expectations at the agm.
