Where are the share holder notices?

The number of shares turned over in the last five days since the Castlepines notice is almost exactly equal to 100% of the shares on issue (644m), with most of that being in the first three days.
Why has no substantial share holder notice appeared by now?
It strains credibility that 100% of the shares have been traded without somebody reaching 5% or an existing substantial holder changing their holding by more than 1%.
