CJ could do this under the auspices of "mining restarted" I think the 8th was mentioned and in that announcement explain some other issues that are outstanding re the stones and maybe an insight into quality of the bulk gem stones and if anything is going to be sold in the near future to fund the gap. I think when the 22 May resolution is passed and the directors have 30 mill shares they will want to see the price higher and not diluted. Some news on the graphite is also due in about 3 weeks, so by the end of the month we should be a lot confident and CJ has made a commitment to be clearer which should be reflected in the share price.
