I am not kidding. Wether or not the director selled into conflict as his reason, the market can still interprete it as just that. Either way it is still an opportunity to buy some extremely cheap shares coupled into an orphan period in my view. No need to get your knickers in a knot as to what the market interprets... What are your views as to why ADT is so cheap then?
