Why on earth would the company want to raise cash at 70c? They have a compound entering final approval (synthetic heparin) a compound about to enter phase III trials (HyCAMP) which validates a platform technology, a compound (HyFIVE) completed phase I trials and a platfrm technology in discovery (VAST). What other biotech in Australia has such a rich pipeline? I am sure they would want to be raising capital at >$1.40 if they can and will be pulling out all stops to achieve that. Talking them down makes no sence at all.
