(and not trying to highjack this thread) however I wonder if Brisen was that his user name though? ) got any insight into the
Chris Ellison versus Michael Langford legal battle when the Ninja was "marketing" AVZ.
He was a commercial / contracts lawyer from memory....
My guess is there was an out of court settlement.... in Ellison's favour?
