    It appears to me that it could all be coming together AC.

    When doing business with a large customer they need the assurance that your business is viable and able to meet their demand.

    Tick $5m in the kitty, Tick Manufacturing plant China now also Malaysia.

    Sounds like a large customer dictatating the terms and wouldn't be surprised to see something come to fruition soon.
