interesting to see that they provided the proxy position on the withdrawn resolutions.
and seeing as they would have been overwhelmingly carried based on the disclosed position, it does seem to suggest that EITHER:
a) Marty is genuinely good guy who just wanted shareholders to have a bit more information before they voted on his oppies; OR
b) it really was ASIC intervention that saw the resolutions adjourned.
NOW - which do you think it was?
