Yeah I meant our protocol for stage 2 002 was 470 (see below) and 003 was in at about 720... (I thought you might be inferring 470 plus 720 was 1190 (close enough to 1200) which might now be 600). Thats too low in my view across both.

Im hoping they will cut some off each number...?

I think both of these numbers (for 002 stage 2 and 003) have a chance of being reduced. Torpy brings up a good point of how many placebo we would need in stage 2 and 003 but you could also make an argument that you still need a fresh set cos the dose is different compared to anything in stage 1? (Yes 005 and 008 programs are there but they are still Phase 2B studies).

Im hopeful n will be reduce in the new protocol nevertheless, but to what extent, we just have to wait and see.
