No doubt its a very exciting possibility but at this stage at least, it is just that, a small possibility.I also have read the legislation a few times and it appears that it is a little open as to when the best time to file is....however, my realistic impression these days is that we would at least need to have started the P3 in earnest along with the confirmatory (003).In theory you'd have to wait for an interim read and then based on the data you could have/formulate a case.
While certainly not impossible, its prob a bit too early to tell...we will know more in a few months time (Fingers crossed)...at least on the way forward and then we might have a better idea of our chances of a future AA application?
