Because they've brought it entirely on themselves. Put the vast majority, if not all, their efforts into getting a deal done with a company that actually makes steel with not much in the bank on prior success. They've had half a decade since I've followed them to get organised and have not done so. If a person like this was working for any of us they'd be unceremoniously thrown into the scrap heap.
