Can you please explain why ECT-India missed the June 15 deadline to file the ACTIVE eForm?
The status of ACTIVE non-compliant company at this moment in time is probably not the best position to be in unless we're entering dormancy in the lead up to a joint company with NMDC and NLC, but I see no evidence of that, and I assume the newly reserved NMDC Data Centre is nothing to do with us.
Was this merely an administrative error? Easily correctable, I understand, and nothing for SHs to be concerned about.
