Don't be ridiculous footy. The Canning of today is lightyears away from the Canning of 5 years ago. There is a reason it's gone from a dog basin to hot property. There is a reason REY's tenements that sold for 270k are now worth $36 million. There is a reason my 26c BRU shares are now worth $2.94. I'm already celebrating, you wait for 2P reserves if you want. Fine by me. While BRU is pumping thousands of bbls a day out of Ungani with government contracts and spending $36M on "wildcards" you can pretend it's not actually happening until someone's stamped it "2P" :).
I'm obviously not saying Proved and Probable status doesn't matter, far from it, just don't be so bloody minded about it and don't all of a sudden pretend to be a conservative reserves based investor because the stupid drilling at Backreef failed like many of us said it would..
PS. I don't normally even stay invested until reserves are proved, too much opportunity cost and lost fizz. Most of the money is in exploration.
