The assets are controlled by Orbimed which has a first lien on pretty much everything (not the plant), except in the case of deals with Pharmas. My guess is that all of these companies having dealt with startups over the years have succession clauses that allow them to use the IP free and clear should the company go belly up. You can bet that if there is any value to any of these assets, none of the partners are going to come to the rescue except Orbi. The only reason Orbi would think to help would be in the form of DIP financing, where they took control. The caveat being that the current contracts with customers remained intact, if not. They aren't throwing good money after bad on this one.
