If they do find something, and it's big they could TH the shares while a "perfect announcement" (wording wise) is drafted....this would prevent any leaking of news.
Just my thoughts and hopes :)
Might only be halted for a hour or two, or a few days ....just possibilities, not necessarily probabilities.
