The JV Agreement was scheduled to close on March 11, 2020. Subsequent to February
29, 2020, the Company announced that it has extended its joint venture closing for an
additional 60 days from March 11, 2020. The JV is subject to Exchange approval.
Tick tock the 60 day extension is due for Margaret Lake Diamonds this could be the reason for the trading halt?
