Sorry to but in, but again I disagree with your comment above. For,
1) Any representative of the company, they are Our Employees.
2) There is nothing wrong by saying as a reply to the person that made that query that, if something like that was to happen, we (APG) have a plan in place to counteract that effect of going over budget, although at this point in time we don't believe it to be the case. Or
3) If that will happen we don't need any capital raising because we may have sufficient funds available or other sources that we can source the shortfall.
Now Seik, by answering in that way, the company didn't say or stated anything that could be taken as an insider trading information, and they would have displayed some respect toward an investor (An owner) of the Company.
Unfortunately though, there are many Executives and Company Directors out there that believe strongly that they can walk on water, when there is nothing further from the truth.
