    First we had "heading in the right direction" then we had "heading in the wrong direction".
    After wandering around going nowhere now is the time to ask " where are we heading now".
    Talk of a pipeline that will open up BUL's reserves has been going on for years. Maybe at last there seems to be interest. Do we have to wait for a cold winter and another hot summer for politicians to walk the talk or is there enough determination now for a start.
    How long do we have to wait? How long really is that piece of string.
