Be real interesting to see if the former Chairman has sold any of his position lately...he may not like where the new direction of the coy is heading & selling down.

Just our JV with WSA should see us above the 50c mark, further updates on where the funding is coming from may be the key to the s/p factoring in the increases that quite a few of us long termers are waiting for...patiently I might add.
