What a ridiculous comment.
Buddy has been generating revenue from Thor for well over a year now and this is the first time you have queried the margins. It would be very peculiar for the Thor contract to be anything other than high margin. If I (Buddy) lend you (Thor) my car (the Buddy cloud software), you pay me for each person you give a ride to in the car (the royalty per RV sale) and you pay me a monthly retainer for (1) being able to use my car and (2) me servicing the car for you. I imagine Buddy has no more than a handful of staff tasked with assisting Thor. If you have any queries you can email the company.
Regarding the churn... again, you realize that you can reach out the company with questions? Email them directly rather than provide arbitrary criticism here. I highly, highly doubt Buddy is misleading the market by relating its level of Ohm churn to “airconditioners”.
Regarding perceived omissions - if anything material has changed Buddy must inform the market. It was clear from the previous webinar that the Nestle facility customer had purchased additional product.
Regarding Digicel - we were notified that the entire management team of Digicel had changed - NOT Buddy’s fault. As per this announcement, Buddy is clearly working on trying to build a relationship with Digicel’s new management team. That Digicel continues to install Ohms (and at a greater rate) is indicative that the situation is not doomed like you suggest.
If you want to be negative at least point out actual issues. In my view, the greatest setback has been the delay from IM distributing globally. Although it’s still going ahead, it’s frustrating that we won’t see the results until next year.
Correct me if I am wrong.
What a ridiculous comment. Buddy has been generating revenue...
