Mt Kellet signed in Febuary 2012, for 225 million with a conversion price of $1.25 at a maxiumum conversion date....wait for it mid 2016.
Sojitz deal in the process of being renegotiated to be paid in one lump sum mid 2016.
so we now have no capital payable debt due for 2 years?
only need to pay interest?
we have sufficient cash headroom soon to be confirmed and we are at 13c??
