I have to say I'm surprised at the lack of movement in the SP leading up to the meeting. I thought it would go up whatever was happening even if it was a CR because it has done in the past. It suggests to me that there is no deal (yet) and no imminent CR either, maybe it is just a safety net for them after all to strengthen their negotiating position while (hopefully) talks continue.
See if anything happens today but it's not looking like it so far.
All speculation on my part of course.
