They have been late in the past, I wouldn't get too hung up on the midnight 31st May thing...a few days slip...a few weeks slip is always possible.
I'm only saying this because it has happened in the past and I have long since learnt not to get too hung up on all deadlines that have been announced in the past. While certainly there would've been a number of instances where PAR have fallen behind, some have definitely been solely because of external parties/entities.
They are definitely dam*ed each way...too long a timetables announced and they look incompetent, too short and they also get flak. It's a hard one to balance and I would suggest these announcements are good at the time and to the best of their knowledge at the time.
I build in fat as much as I can so I don't get as disappointed. As long as I see progress over all, I have little option but to wait. Some things just have to progress at a certain pace.
Sometimes less is more, once they got word back from FDA they said they would put in revised protocols, they eluded to generally a 30 day cycle but didn't say too much, we got it back in just ONE 30 day cycle, did we all say much about it? I dont think we said enough.
