For an honest discussion about the company’s progress, it is essential to consider new information rather than a selectively reframed narrative. Focusing solely on old comments and disregarding later updates only casts further doubt and discredits any ongoing efforts.

On a side note you also did it to my own comment, "I certainly have not been expecting one by now," which merely reflected my outlook for that time. It was not a declaration that a deal would never materialise. Recasting it as "you state you are not expecting a deal" misrepresents my position entirely. Again, such distortions only create more doubt.
