The problem with the investor pool, is that it is not a dedicated healthcare pool of professionals, who do this for a living everyday, by that I mean due diligence, on pharma opportunities, every second of every day. There are people who do some great research on the science (Mozz), but the ones who have been in the data room (32+) and seen everything there is to see, have decided not to give this company any funding. Zero validation from those in the know.
